Great observation Blu. I had not thought about this. Not only are we taught from the start to be conformists, we are very impressionable in those younger years, and it gets reflected in our personalities as adults.

Out of the mouthes of babes. What next. I have heard the you look silly thing at least once from a little one. I chose to ignore the remark , and kept walking.

Hmmmn! On the whole, children should be seen (from a great distance preferably) and not heard.

There are rare exceptions to this; the one immediately coming to mind is Nathaniel, the young son of our very own Raphael and his lovely wife, Louise. He is a well-behaved, intelligent young charmer - but then, he is after all a kilt wearer!
