Sorry Phil, but I have never heard of such a thing, but then I am not an historian nor am I into matters military. Certainly, I am not aware of anything like that being listed by any retailer of Highland Dress with whom I am in touch. You would be too knowledgeable to be confusing this with some Dirks that incorporate eating 'tools', but that is all I can think of in this connection.
