So AA, its been 2 hours or more, how are you chilling that beer? Mythbusters on Discovery channel showed that you could take a cooler, fill it with ice and water, add salt, and chill a can of beer from 80 degrees down to a frothy and delicious 38 degrees in 5 minutes! And even in the standard freezer it would only take 75-90 minutes. Are you using some kind of hand powered cooling device and have to stop for breaks? I know that age is creeping up on you!

It's in my 125 square foot walk-in refridgerator that was labelled "screen porch" on the survey I got when I bought the house. It's 30 degrees outside so it's probably like 31 degrees on the porch...I better check on it soon.

(and those are those good old Fahrenheit degrees for the benefit of those cursed by the metric system...just try to buy a pound of ANYTHING in Montreal...sacre bleu!)
