Wonder if he only gets to wear skirts as a protest during the period that shorts are banned, or based on the ACLU's intervention, he can now wear skirts any time he chooses all school year?
The ideal decision would have been that male students would be permitted to wear traditional or non-traditional kilts anytime.

I understand the reason behind mentioning the ACLU in this thread, but let's nip this in the bud (apologies to Barney Fife) before it starts, please. Let's try to keep the thread germane to kilts only.
