    Near the Chamber of Commerce -- Centre Street and 6 Avenue?

    Hey Al,

    Was our kilted friend anywhere near the Chamber of Commerce? I believe they do a Burns Day lunch every January 25. He could have been on his way there. The only kilt I saw yesterday was mine.
