What a great picture! You both look great. I'm not sure that I would have noticed anything about the apron not matching, and of course the side angle photo wouldn't show it much anyway. I'd say have her wear it a while, sometimes "misalignment" can just be the way you stand or even just a normal product of being concerned about something new. I'll bet nobody sees the problem but you. If they do you can always adjust the buckles later. In the meantime enjoy the fact that you both look great.
