I didn't order tartan flashes with the kilt, because I found matching muted blue and olive green flashes...these are the olive green flashes.

That is a truly superb kilt. Congratulations. Personally, I find the muted colours so much more attractive than the modern ones - yours reminds me of my oldest kilt, which is a still a great favourite: my 1973 Gunn in muted colours. Well done!
