My name is Hans and I live in The Netherlands, in Rotterdam to be exact !
Today I got my second kilt ( Great Scott )and met one of the esteemed members of this forum, Robin, who mentioned the existence of this forum and was kind enough to mail me the link.

Half of Rotterdam, well...almost half.... knows I have a Great Scott by now...
After we got our new kilts I went straight to the centre of town. All dressed up, and had a few drinks with friends !
Then we decided on dinner in a Turkish restaurant....
Man...they were flabbergasted when they saw me come in....ROTFLMAO !
It has been a great day and I'm VERY pleased to have met you !
No doubt it won't be the last time !

I also had a great day...I had to rush, because I had a lunch appointment with my mum. Lunch in a busy restaurant and some shopping afterwards...scored a nice sweater and a bottle of Ardbeg :grin:

My mother has a nice sense of humor...when we entered the liquor store...someone asked what we where looking for...my mother replied: "have a wild guess". ;)
