What a splendid celebration, David. Not having been invited to a Burn's Nicht Dinner for many a year, I am intensly jealous!
However, for me Haggis is like the kilt - it's for everyday, not just for special occasions! Not that I have Haggis everyday, but I certainly have it once a fortnight on average
