Planning Ahead....
The next Binghamton area gathering at McGirk's will be Sat., 10 December. We will again be lucky to have traditional tunes (beginning around 8:30) by "West o' Clare." See you there...!

Just bumping this up to remind everyone that it's coming.
I'm planning to be there, Brian. I will not be blessed with the company of my wife this time, so I'll have to severely limit my Guinness intake.

Excellent! If you "overindulge" you can always crash at my place. My beagle and sheltie will love to make a new friend...!
BTW, I hear that we will have some Highland dancers on hand for kilt night, too, treating the crowd to the Fling, Sword Dance, Reels, etc. Should be a fun evening.

Kilt Night #5!
We're up again at McGirk's this coming Saturday evening, the 11th. Music by our friends "West o' Clare" (I have to get those Irishmen into kilts somehow...!)
If you're in range of Binghamton, come join us!!

Looks like I'll be able to make this one, Brian. In fact, it'll be a kilted day all around. My daughter's girl scout unit is having an International Day, and her troop drew Scotland. So, Dad will be there to add some tartan to the display.
My bride will be joining us, too. See you there!

I'm bumping this in case any other folks from the eastern southern tier of New York or northeastern Pennsylvania happen by the forum lists.
We've had fun at these things, but we'd love to see them grow!

If I were a religious man, I'd be looking for some divine intervention with the weather. If the storm doesn't stay to the south, we won't be making the trip.
It's an hour drive in GOOD weather.
Here's hoping!
