Thanks everyone for the welcome and the Australia day wishes.Happy to be here amongst Kilted friends. Mudd is asking who is that in my avatr, it is me as the huntsman {executioner} from Snow white and the seven dwarves which my local ballet school put on at the end of last year. 61 yo and still able to leap about the stage. Anyway it was dam good fun. :-D

Great to hear you've freshly inspired Rodney. welcome to the fold from a fellow oz lander. Iwear kilts in se queensland and it's great for the heat. It gets mighty hot where you are too so i can see the practicality.

What part of SE queensland are you from? I spent about a year picking banannas in the NE around Innisfail but got a lot of travel all along the coast. Christmas on the beach at Magnetic Island, it just doesn't get any better than that.
