Considering the amount of sewing I do anyway, mine is also wondering whether I plan on hanging out the shingle. She said if I do, she'll start knitting up hose for sale. Cheap.

My first was a 16oz tartan, and she helped me pay for it. Then, she goaded me into wearing it more often.
Bryan...now she enjoys watching people watching me...

My wife loves it, although she's at the point where's she sick of people asking me "the question" because she thinks it's insulting.
I think she's just jealous of all the attention ;)

My wife was very supportive when I first ordered a kilt. She has always encouraged me to wear a kilt when I want to, and was great when it came time to ordering the jacket/waistcoat and the traditional kilt. I knew she would be a non issue, as she knows how proud I am of my heritage (and hers) so a kilt was a natural thing for both of us.
She does get a bit antsy when I mention a new kilt or tattoo though. Expensive hobbies are more fun to me

At first my wife thought I was crazy, or going through a mid-life crisis. Now she loves me wearing them and gets concerned if I reach for a pair of pants. Aside from work that rarely happens.

David,
when I have details, I'll make it well known here. :-) I can say, however, they will be MUCH cheaper than can be found elsewhere. Won't be a money-making thing for us. She may even try full-diced.

My wife rather likes my kilt wearing. She thinks I look good and said my care in dressing has greatly improved.
