    I agree, good length, but you may have room to wear it a wee bit lower if you wanted to (gotta keep the wife happy) ;-)

    The length looks fine to me. If you wanted it a little lower, however, you could always wear it a hair lower on the waist. But as I said, I think it looks great the way it is.

    Lenght looks perfect to me. I want to know where you got the Xmarks belt buckle? At least it looks like the Xmarks pin, just turned 90 degrees.

    Nice looking kilt, and the length is fine right were you are wearing it. Matt Newsome over at the Scottish Tartans Museum has an excellent article for first time kilt wearers. He suggests that acceptable kilt length is anywhere from mid-knee up to an inch above the kneecap.

    Do a google search for "celtic cross belt buckle." I found one right away that looks like it might be that very buckle.
