Can I make a suggestion though(I've designed many patches for mil folk)? Either do it on blue backing and don't embroider the blue, or do it on background the same colour as the belt and not embroider that part(which would also make the text stand out more).
Regardless, I like it. 
I'll second this. Having just looked through my old and current uniform patches, I recommend brown/belt background, with everything else embroidered - the text will definitely stand out better.
