The different patterns don't show up too well in the raw bar but you can make out the new 'square pattern' design on the top two bars.

I think they use Irn Bru instead of Iron Ore to get the tartan look

Anyway, I should have a chance to make some blades and try some other ideas over the weekend or the beginning of next week but first I need to finish off a custom part for a Harley Davidson that's needed well before Daytona Bike Week.

... after a week outside for job reasons, I see for the first time that wanderful creation!! ... and my only words are....WOAH!! I simply love them both!.... By the way I sent my address to Rab as soon as I saw the PM, and assuming that mine will be the sharpened one, I hope to be able soon to send some pics of it in use!!

Now I only can say THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!! GRACIAAAAAAS!!!!! and you know why!

I received SG208a today

It's pure art! what a beauty! speechless!!!!!

The blade is awesome...the whole thing is awesome!!! this is heirloom stuff!!!

It came boxed with a description of the sgian dubh, a black leather sheath with a boar engraved on it, a wild boar pin and a wild boar key ring.

woot! woot! woot!

The heavy damascus blade is fantastic! the texture is so beautiful....couldn't stop looking at it.

Rab...the waiting was torture, but, oh man! it was worth it!
