Ron, Thanks for the info. Haven't washed my Buzz Kidders yet, but I'll have to give your weighted system a try.
I'm surprised that Buzz Kidder displayed their kilts all wrinkled. The one's I ordered from the Scottish Tartans Museum were wrinkle free right out of the box. As you say, may have been that the people working the booth may not have cared.

It's possible that those display models had been packed and unpacked, bounced from event to event with no opportunity to do any pressing or ironing.

Great, just what I need, somebody else pointing kilts on eBay that might fit me!
Although, given thr price of a BK new, I can probably resist.

This kilt is 37 inches at it's smallest waist and 41 inches at it's largest waist. I wear a 36 waist Utilikilt and on my hips, this Buzz Kidder kilt fits fine.
well, I wear a 40" at its tightest notch, so it might fit me. I'll watch it, but I might not bid.

How much is a BK, new?

Iolaus, at Dunedin Scottish he had them for $125, I think, but might have been $135. I remember thinking that is was a good price for the quality and look. Had the same concerns about wrinkles, but what can you do?
