One of the reason's I'm stuck on my kiltmakers and certain companies is that they've learned my size or I've learned theirs.
No matter how "accurately" I've tried to follow the measuring instructions I still have a range of sizes within my kilts.
Best luck has been had by the third kilt from the same house. First one is usally off. Second one gets it, and from then on they have your size.
