Gaelic speakers help
I think I remember there being a few Gaelic speakers that frequent the forum. Can someone help me with a translation?
I am creating an organization that will bring Highland Athletes in my area together and we need a motto. The other founding members and I have settled on "From the strength of our ancestors".
Its got a double meaning for most of us, and we'd like to put in in Gaelic. Can anyone help?

Out of all the members here, I am sure there will be someone more qualified than I to help. If not, I have a very huge and complete English-Gaelic/Gaelic-English dictionary and several Gaelic grammer books. I could sit down for a bit and figure it out.
If no one else pipes up, then I will dive into it.

Thank you. There are some online programs that were somewhat helpful, but I just know the structure was way off and it probably wasnt the optimum word use either.
