    Mine is the label from the Scottish Ale that I brewed in tribute to my Scottish ancestor, Great-Grandma MacMullen.

    It has the MacMillan family crest with the the original spelling of the name, MacMaolain. The background behind the crest is the MacMillan Dress Ancient tartan.

    Mine is the Scottish Borderland tartan. It's the tartan of my one and only tank, chosen because my family came from the Borders and because I like it.

    My wife and daughters have matching sashes. I have decided that it is our clan tartan. Now, I just need to convince everyone who shares my surname, the world over.
