Pre-Jonesing is Over
Well, after reading the post about new kilts available at Stillwater, I emailed Jerry and asked for a paypall invoice for a Shadow tartan heavyweight. The invoice was in my email inbox this morning and after a short time spent filling out thr required info, I clicked "pay now" and have already received confirmation on my order. The pre-jonesing ( checking Jerry's site several times a day) is over. Now the real jonesing begins. I am sure it will be a very short jones in this case. This will be my third Stillwater kilt. My first was an older economy. Of course it had all of the problems of the older Stillwaters. But, it was a cheap way to check out Stillwater sizing and get a much better kilt for everyday around the house wear than my old Sportkilts. The second, a 2006 standard in Irish National was a quantum leap in quality above the old economy. Jerry listens to constructive criticism and makes the improvements. I can't wait to get this new Stillwater heavyweight if the quality is as good as my Irish National, it will be like getting a "Tank" at less than casual prices.
"A day spent in the fields and woods, or on the water should not count as a day off our allotted number upon this earth."
Jerry, Kilted Old Fart.
