That means that they've always been extra-good to me. They seem to always take time to say hi to my dog (UPS guy even brings her treats) and they even help get the packages inside where I need them if the boxes are heavy since they know I'm handicapped. Great bunch of guys. Of course, they also like that I give them a personal Christmas gift (cash) every year too. I don't mind giving a little extra for extra good service.
hhhmmm.... they told us back in my fed ex days that you were not allowed to accept tips - not that we didnt but you know what i mean. It was run very much in themilitary mindset of the founder, fred smith. was a great place to work to a degree - wonder if they are hiringthese days... dunno how i woudl look in a navy kilt with purple & orange trim tho...
