I got mine today...
In fact I'm wearing it now, just back from the pub. The "white" is not as white as it looks in the photo, more of a light cream/beige, or really light grey? My cream colored hose are just a little darker, may have to get some off white hose. I wore it tonight with a grey shirt and hose, black leather belt and sporran, and it looked pretty good. Sorry I don't have a way to post a picture!
It is a very nice kilt. This is my first wool kilt, and though it is taliored basically the same as my 06 SWKs you can really see and feel the differance between the wool and PV as kilt fabrics! Nicer feel, better edge on the pleats, hangs straight down, better swing, etc.. Really nice! It has really got me fired up to get a custom tank!
I have 2 minor gripes, 1st, the tartan sett is not "centered" on the apron, when the apron is centered side to side at the waist, the sett is not. It sort of looks like Iolaus has the same issue. and 2nd, really minor, A light colored tread is used thoughout, and it kind of stands out on the darker parts of the tartan in some areas like the pleats.
Overall, I'm quite pleased with the kilt! My little gripes aside, a traditionally styled wool kilt for 1/4 the traditional price is tough to beat!

Yeah, there's no actual white in it. My wife first said it looked like mint green, now she says it looks like a light pistachio green. It might just be the lights in here tonight; she didn't see it in the daylight.

Are you wearing it Saturday? I'd love to see it in person.

Ok, I made Cathy look at the kilt in the daylaight, and now she agrees with me. It's a cement gray, with charcoal gray rather than black. That makes it way easier for me to match up to it, since my basic wardrode scheme for shirts has a lot of blacks and grays.
