All you have to do "if" you get chosen is to rent the estate out on weekends to movie/rock stars. They have lots of cash to spend.

I'd have to see the books first. Income/Expense reports, taxes, salaries, debts. I suspect it would have to be one hugely expensive B&B to make ends meet. How much does it cost to feed all those animals, for instance?
