we won't be there, but thanks for the offer! The store is open late on Fridays and I'm here at 8 AM this morning, so I'll be BEAT by the time to drink!
I've been in there in kilts before, but I don't know if I'd say they're "accustomed" to kilts. You shouldn't catch too much flack.

That area has enough Irish and Scottish folks that you'll probably be more besieged with questions than insults!
I'm gonna try to make it out, too, I have a call in to our favorite babysitter and am awaiting her word.

There is also the Glenside Pub which is a little ways up Easton Road towards Philly that is a nice Irish pub. I can tell from you Tommy Conwell post however, you are having a flashback that has to be sated. Have fun.

Shay,
Show starts at 8, just to give you an idea of what time we will make it to the bar. If you can you should check out the show, I love the music.

NMe too, we have a CD of theirs that the whole family enjoys- someone gave it to my daughter.
Uh-oh... I just realized I can't tell her who we're going to go see if we do come out- she'll be so upset she can't go!
Dangit- I love Celtic music, and I love going out to bars, I just wish there was more family stuff because by and large, Celtic (and most rock folk) music is exactly what you want your kids to listen to- it's clean, it's catchy, you can dance to it, and it's got a sense of history you can talk about afterwards..
Don't mind me, I'll be grumbling in the corner.

We are staying near the Willow Grove Mall, so we will see how much ground we can cover after the show...

Dang!
Wish I knew you guys were into GBS - I'd love to have seen them again, but didn't have anyone to go with.
I think Enter The Haggis will be back soon to - also check out the Irish Festival at Jack Frost on Memorial Day...
