you would not believe the sportfishing for Rainbow Trout out just off Erieau. I help a friend on his charter boat from time to time out of Barney's boats and marina and it's nothing to catch 15-40 rainbows (3- 18 Lbs) and 5-7 walleye(3- 12 Lbs) in a 6 hour charter between 4 people in the heat of the summer.
I'd love to exchange a few lobster fiests ( and some of those monster diver Scallops the size of hockey pucks) for a few perch, whitefish and walleye. Throw in some corn, butter and salt, we'd both have it pretty good.
Life is good here and there.
This is makeing me hungry.
