I got the invoice and apparently I never finished with the transaction. My PayPal and my credit card account show no record of payment. I don't know what the problem was, but it's been fixed now and the money has been sent for sure. Please accept this as my public mea culpa for gumming up the works! Here I was wondering who would submit an order and not pay!
