I can relate, Norbydog!

One time at a wedding reception I was DJing, this one lady, in particular, was REALLY wanting to know what was under my kilt. I gave her a couple of the witty replies I'd learned from RealMenWearKilts.net & went on entertaining the guests thinking that would be the end of it - not hardly! A little later I'm out on the dancefloor leading a group dance & suddenly there's a flash of light from underneath me. I look down & here's this adult woman on the floor pointing a camera up my kilt! To say I was surprised would be an understatement! I doubt if the photo turned out very good, though, due to "over-exposure"!

Another incident occured after our acoustic trio had performed at this local deli & wine bar. A middle-aged woman (with her male companion) had heard me sing "The Scotman," & she wanted to know if, as in a line from the song, I too had on "nothing more than God had graced me with upon my birth." Being the truthful type, I admited that, aye, it was true. She didn't believe me & asked if she could check for herself. Now, since this was about 4:30 in the afternoon, outside in a public place with her male companion standing by her side, I figured, yeah, right, she's not really going to do this, so I say, "Suit yourself." Well, next thing you know, she slides her hand up the side of my left thigh to hip level & gets this smile on her face. Thankfully, that's as far as she went, but pretty amazing the allure & mystique a kilt has over some women!
