It wouldn't let me look at the article unless I signed up for something and to sign up you have to pay.

That link did not used to require a subscription. I think many newspapers are losing so much money to the web that they are having to start charging for more stuff.

Wish I could see the article also but I guess after a week or two they charge to see old articles. I have a handyman business and I try to wear my Cilts as often as posible. Now I get the responce from the home depot people if I am not wearing my Cilt.
