Newbie in NC
Hello all!
Just tripped acorss this site today, had to join in the fun.
If anyone is in Charlotte NC for St. Pats, let me know, would love to meet up for a pint...
Also, Mint Hill (Eastern outskirts of Charlotte) is having their second annual Highland Games on the 25th of March. They are just starting out, but are on the right track, and could sure use the support of the kilted fraternity! If you can make it, let me know, I will be representing my Clan (House of Lumsden).
Alba Go Bragh, y'all.

Welcome to the forum. I've been to your area just once, for one of the races. It seemed nice in that area, though.

Welcome to you, from the UP of Michigan!
It's refreshing to see someone join right up instead of lurking for a while (like I did).

Welcome MacMoose,
My family lore is back about 1850 the family was headed to your area from Skye, but storms blew them off course and they put in at Nova Scotia and everyone was so seasick they decided to stay there instead.
