April 9th it is
We're all set for our first Kilt night. Jack of the Wood in downtown Asheville.

Smoke-free pub with all kinds of atmosphere. Microbrews and imported beers, nice selection of single-malts. There is a Celtic jam session from 5 til 9, and the kitchen is open til 9 as well. Chad, the regular Sunday night bartender, often wears a kilt to work. The web site has a menu, photos, and other information.

Enter the Haggis coming to Asheville
I just found out that Enter the Haggis will be playing at Jack O' the Woods on May 19th. Mark yoiur calendars...they are lots of fun.

I'm in Asheville at this time and will be visiting the downtown this afternoon.
Hint-just look for two fellows in kilts.
