Now, it’s just a coincidence that you come to visit my home State and I leave that State at the same time. It’s not like I’m trying to avoid you, but you do have something to do with it.

You see, I’m currently in Albuquerque, NM and just came from a visit to a certain Kilt maker that lives here. I just bought a sheath to go with my mini Ka-Bar from Kathy Lare’s Husband, Rob.

I mentioned that you were the guy who pointed me to them and guess what. They know your name well. Thought you would enjoy hearing that.

My wife, daughter and I got to see her shop and a few Kilts she just finished. VERY good quality stuff. They showed us some Xmarks Tartan cloth that she was working on for some customer. Hmmmmmm...

Ain't she cool? Kathy's on this board too but doesn't visit much, too busy sewing up our stuff.

Its not an accident I have four kilts sewn up by her. Quality is priceless.

Got to visit her digs too last summer.

Know you'll be happy if you decide to have her make you a kilt. They're well field tested in Colorado by a number of us.

Lokking good, but with scenery like that it would be hard not to. It's been probably 20 years since I've been to Ouray, it is indeed one of the most majestic places on this continent.

I'll echo that sentiment. My family only lived there a little over a year thanks to the 'deal' my dad made with my stepmother: He agreed we'd all move to Pennsylvania (so she could be closer to her parents) but if we didn't like it after a year, we'd move back to Colorado. In retrospect, he should have said, "No deal!!"
