Phil,

Beautiful tartan and great accessories combined with the outdoor setting make for a super picture.

I have been considering having a kilt made in the tartan for myself; any more hints as to the identity of the maker?

Great looking kilt and beautiful tartan! You ought to be very proud. Isle of Skye tartan, huh? Was it hard to come by? How'd you get the fabric? Did you kiltmaker get it or did you have to procure it for yourself and sent it to him/her?

I ordered the fabric - its Lochcarron Mills 16oz Strome - its available through several US vendors. Once I got the fabric, it was off to the kiltmaker for them to work their magic.

Something about the feel and look about a traditional Kilt that just emits elegance. That is one fine looking Kilt and tartan. Well done Phil and ????

Wow, that's just a beautiful kilt and tartan (I must admit, I've been looking *hard* at the Isle of Skye tartan for a kilt)! I'm glad you "get" the whole tank thing...particularly since you just got one
