CONGRATULATIONS to Gretna FC!
By the way, what tartan does the FC wear? Does it have its own or do they sport either the Gretna Green or the Gretna Gold tartans?
I watched for a glimpse of a kiltie at the game when it was shown (briefly) on BBC News last night, but there was not one to be seen - nothing but black and white chequered flags and scarves!!

George Mason lost. But "what a run they had." They have nothing to be ashamed of. Congratulations to Gretna on their fine victory.

Never much of a football fan, but if I am going to hang out at a kilt website, and talk shop with the boys (and girl or two) I guess I should start learning. How would I even start to find a team to cheer for? I gues I could go the girl route and just pick the team with the nicest colors.

the Club has it's ain tartan...
took a bit tae fin a pic-
here ya ga!

"Gretna FC have launched a new club tartan.
Manager Rowan Alexander modelled the new plaid, which has been created by
Anderson's Kiltmakers of Dumfries
to celebrate the club's rich past,
commemorate it's succeses and toast future victories.
The tartan has been woven to create an exceptional clothing
range that can be worn with pride and passion."
