I hope the weather holds for your trip. One day were in a t-shirt, the next day it's snowing. You're from PA, you should know what thats like. Enjoy Toronto and I hope you have a memorable trip. The neat thing about Toronto is there is always something going on and something to do 24/7.

If you or your kids are X-Men Fan, I suggest Casa Loma. They transformed the mansion to Xavier's school for the gifted.

If you guys are big hockey fan, the Hockey Hall of Fame.

I just wanted to thank all of you yet again. We just got back from our trip and we had the greatest time. The Science Museum was a great hit. We spent a whole day there and really did not see everything. The kids were running about from exhibit to exhibit. As you all said that place rocks. The CN tower was great, what a view. And Casa Loma was a huge hit because the Pacifer with Vin Diesel was filmed there.

Toronto is a great city and we will definately be going back. The makets, the food, the shopping, were all unbelievable. My wife really enjoyed the Eaton Centre, which as advertised is gigantic. The city is clean, the people are friendly, and I do have to say you Canadians are a good looking lot, the public transportation is easy to get around on and comfortable. I didn't hear one comment on the kilt, and rarely got a second glance. I am tempted to emigrate. Cheers eh.

Good to hear you enjoyed yourself! And, as for Canada being kilt friendly, it might be because the Scots are the third largest ethnic group in the nation.

When I visited Toronto in '96 (Grief! Was it really ten years ago?!), the one thing that impressed me, apart from the general cleanliness of downtown, was the fact that you could almost walk across the centre without actually coming up to street level - shopping malls and massive eating areas, and you'd never know you were underground.

If you get to the top of the CN Tower, and it's well worth making the effort, be sure to stand on the small area of glass floor and take a photo looking down between your feet ........ don't worry, you're far too high for anyone at ground level to be able to see up your kilt!!

I'd love to get back there someday.
