kilt carrier...
It'd be a lot cheaper than the kilt carriers you see advertised.
My DW bought me one of those kilt carriers for Christmas back in '04, and it has been one of the best Christmas presents I have ever gotten. It makes travelling with the kilt and all the "kit" very easy indeed.
