Does it ever rain there ?
I was there for a month in May 1999 and we only had one rainy day. Of course I am from BC, so I just might not have noticed or thought twice about it.
Great pictures Pour1Malt

I suppose that the grass on the other side of the fence always seems greener. Today was one of these rare dry days in southern Scotland when I was actually able to go out in a kilt without having to cover it over with a PVC raincoat. When I spent 24 days on Vancouver Island we had glorious sunshine every day and never saw a drop of rain until we were leaving for the airport on our final day.
I've often heard the remark "Oh for the blue skies of Canada."

This photo was taken in Dollar, on 6 January. We never have grass that green until very late-March or early-April -

It's a pity that you cannot make out Castle Gloom, in the background.

By the way, that's a nice tartan, the gray one you've got on. What is it?
