Well the blue enamelled sporran on the left has a cantle by DJ Murray, but the sporran pouch is Margaret Morrison. The design is was made in a range of colours - Kiltstore has some of the colours available here
The matching waist plate/belt buckle for the thistle design is GM Belts, who trade as 'Glen Esk'. Again, Kiltstore have them here. I'm sure other vendors have them as well.
(I am not affiliated with Kiltstore, other than having bought some items from them).
The red one on the right I'm not sure about who makes the cantle, but again it's a Margaret Morrison sporran pouch. The Scottish Store have this design available with the belts alongsidehere - green is shown on the page but red is available in the colour picker.
