Fantastic work Iolaus...
For me, I'd love to be back down around 210. Being 6'3", anything less than that and I'd start to look like a beanpole.
Good thing is, I've found the exact cause of my gain ( up to around 235): I have a computer job with an on-call cellphone. Wost possible thing for weight management.
Anyway, two rounds of indoor soccer a week, and a pregnant wife keeps me plenty busy, although no time for a gym.
regardless, I'm with you all the way Iolaus...just make sure you can still fit your kilts!

Another week down, another pound (or three) lost! Last week I was sayin' "226-7"; this week it's very definitely down to 224, maybe a hair lower.
Come on 205 - I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...

I've got to lose a bunch more so that I can afford to cheat a bit when the Santa Rosa plums and the white peaches in my yard finally ripen this summer! Having ripe fruit falling off the tree because you can't give it away fast enough is really depressing!

Fresh fruit shouldn't be considered cheating, unless of course you bake it into a pie or cobbler.:rolleyes:

Peach Cobbler Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup self-rising flour
* 2 cups fresh sliced peaches
PREPARATION:
Melt butter in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Mix together flour, sugar, and milk to make a batter; pour over the hot melted butter. Do not stir. Arrange peaches evenly over the top. Bake at 375 to 400° for about 40 to 50 minutes, or until top is nicely browned.
ITS A KILT, G** D*** IT!

As an unexpected birthday present I found I have lost 10 inches off my waist from the maximum I reached in January 2005.
WHEEE!! TEN INCHES TEN INCHES TEN INCHES YYAAAAYY!!!
Now I have to remake half my kilts. Only four still fit me.
If I lose another ten inches I might be a 'normal' weight for my height.
