A good example of the use of colour, Panache. Normally, I dislike seeing woollen tops being worn 'tucked-in' at the waistband, but you manage to carry it off here. Just two things could be an improvement in my eyes: grey footwear to catch the kilt colour (in general, using the same colour for hose and footwear is not visually a good idea) - and losing those bright red flashes! They do nothing but distract, I'm afraid! If you must wear flashes with a Utilikilt (!) try matching the kilt colour.
Altogether, forgetting the actual colours, you have matched the tonal quality of both of them - always effective!
