After the business was completed and as I was waiting for some forms that were to be given to me, when I heard a soft voice saying "look he is wearing a Kilt" "That's hot" from another voice.
Next the ride down the elevator, when the door opened I heard a rather giggling conversation, and when I stepped on all noise stopped, and the mouths started to gap. Finally one woman said "nice!"
Getting off my elevator and passing one as its doors were beginning to open another voice yelled, and I do mean yelled "A KILT!!!!"
Funny thing nothing happened on the ride up until I reached the receptionists office.
It was a fun day, and with all those type of responses, maybe I should stop working out of my house and just get all those compliments.
I wish every day was that eventful!!! Maybe I should just start wandering around downtown, in and out of the buildings and such.
Last week I ran into a similar experience. I was at my usual pub here in town, and a bachelorette party walked in. I was in instant hit, with the words "you are the sexiest guy we've seen all night" repeated a few times. Mind you, it was nearly 11:00 pm, and they claim to have been out since around 6:00 pm. While I have no great conquest stories, everyone seemed to have a good time, including a friend of mine who didn't mind the female attention one bit.
Who knows...just might get a few free pints if I figure a way to get people to go to the pub to see a kilt!
