			Talcum on the tush?

As the weather gets warmer (even in Maine), I've noticed the "natural warmth" we enjoy in the winter becomes more of a liability. Sitting at my desk most of the day does not allow for the benefits of "regimentalization" to take place. By the end of the day, I'm getting, well, sort of "tacky" (as in not yet dried paint) in that area.
What's are the suggestions about keeping things dryer--and don't anybody say "stick it out the window!"

 Thanks,

 Michael

Ditto - and if your desk has a full to the floor modesty panel no-one will know its there & you will be sitting pretty all day long.

Talcum dries the skin and that is not always a good thing. Get some Body Glide and just air out when you can (ie spread out if no one ca see under the desk).

The "sportsmans" boxer-briefs work well, too - they're made of material that wicks sweat, breathes, and they're fitted closely so they won't "bunch up" on you.

Living in the Arizona desert means learning to cope with sweat.

While doing historical demos and the like, I've been known to tuck up my shirttail to make a kind of loin strap, passing the tail from back to front under the kilt.

Five to seven yards of 55-60" wool doesn't work all that well in the summertime around here, with temperatures reaching 115 degrees F (45+ degrees C). I've also been known to shuck the kilt and go in a belted shirt for those same demonstrations...
