    I have always liked Tartan plaids. Even before I discovered a Clan connection and decided to wear Kilts. “Ordinary” plaids just aren’t the same. The repeating patterns that create new designs when overlaid. It’s cool.

    BTW, andyfg, my grandfather was born raised in Newcastle. He was a Coalminer who immigrated here and became a Coalminer in Pennsylvania. We may be related!

    Anything's possible, but I was born and raised in Manchester. Didn't move to Newcastle area until 1984.
