I was watching Band Camp last night, one of the movies in the American Pie series, and lo and behold the main character not only wears a kilt, he also plays the pipes in the movie. Now his reason for playing the pipes was that his parents wanted him to learn a musical instrument and the pipes were the most anoying instrument he could think of, and the kilt wearing followed from there. Now his kilt is really more of a mini-kilt, but he does wear it regimental, the movie makes sure we have no doubt of that. A mindless movie if you want to watch a teen high school, hormones raging type of movie. Or if you just like watching a movie like that with the attendant scenery!

Yeah, I saw the movie. You're right, mindless it is, although there are occassionally some funny spots. I did like the main characters reason for learning the bagpipes!

If you're getting a bad mental picture from GHBs, try not to imagine what'd go on if they were Uillean pipes.
