Well, this week was going fine 'til I went out to El Torito for dinner Saturday night. I was going to get the Fajita Supreme, and just eat all the meat - chicken, steak, and shrimp - but when they brought out the chips and salsa, my will-power vanished! I look at chips as a vehicle to scoop in the salsa, but since I went through three small bowls of salsa...

They had a new margarita that I had to try - had two of 'em...

At least I stayed away from the stack of tortillas, and the rice and beans.

Bottom line: I had dropped to 223 at one point during the week, but as of this morning, I've back-tracked to 225. I'll do better this week.

Don't think of it as getting off track. Think of it as giving yourself a well deserved reward. Now get back up on that horse!

    Thumbs up

i will refrain from posting fajita pictures & guacamole recipes this time as Iolaus might come after me with the pick axe Kilted KT mentioned earlier.

Keep up the good work Iolaus. I am sure you will drop those remaining pounds in no time...
