what kind of canvas are you using? A duc-type cloth, or something a bit more robust?
oh...and where are the "before" pics?

Thank you's to all welcoming this nOOb to the forums.
For Kilted KT, here's the lowdown:
The material is a canvas duck similar in weave to my Carhartt work pants but the weight is not as heavy. It will be a heavy devil nonetheless.
A quick "seat of the pants/eyeball/guesstimate" measure says that 4yds x 60" wide weighs about the same as 2 prs of Carhartts.
I will be posting pics as I get started. Right now I am still in the gathering stage, to be finished gathering this saturday.
Would like to come out for kilted friday across the bay but a previous engagement has foiled that. Hope to see all of you next month, though.
