hmm...still, would be very cool to say "I've got a scottish isle"...and make up some crazy story about how Nessy actually lives under my island, and makes trips out to Loch Ness to mess with the visitors.

weel... the obvious choice....
(since Ferintosh is a lang extinct whisky...) wuid be "Ferintosh"...
but there is also an extinct whisky called "Robertson's"....
whit aboot yur island?

Just remember, while you are allowed (and expected) to sample the product for quality control, don't sample so much your profits disappear.

We have a local brew pub in Park City where their Slogan is "We drink our share and sell the rest".
And their new edition:
Because of Utah state laws they don't ship out of state.
They do have a selection of Scotch in their bar.
