    New kilt pin from Scottishkilts.net

I received my new Celtic kilt pin today, from Scottishkilts.net. I ordered this specifically for my October wedding and thankfully, my fiance thinks it's as beautiful as I do. This is by far the nicest one I own (have six kilt pins altogether) and I'm very happy with it; the quality is unbelievable and it's definitely got some weight to it (I may actually go weigh it on the food scale we have in our kitchen).

I also ordered white piper hose (I like them) and a Brian Boru jacket, but I'll need to ship the jacket back and exchange it for a larger size (I ordered a 48R but it's a bit too snug across my chest and upper arms). By the way, the jacket is stunning and I can't imagine wearing anything else for my wedding. Hopefully, I can return it to Scottishkilts.net in exhcange for the next larger size (50R).

FYI, since the whole package was sent Parcel Force and then via USPS, I wasn't hit with any surcharges or import duties. Very nice.

Long story short, here's two pics of the kilt pin (front and back):

That's avery nice pin. Still a sword motif, but an unusual representation.

The Celtic cross motif is what attracted me to it in the first place...call it a "Celtic Cross Dagger Kilt Pin" maybe?

I was looking at that very pin as a possible future purchase. It looks great.

I just got two new pins from them last week:

I got the Lion from them, same treatment for the post and you might be able to wear it on a plane?

Not sure because of the pin in back but what I like about it is the weight, it is quite heavy.
