I wore my SK for Belegarth fighting back when I did that. I did a fair bit of charging across a field at people in it, and a fair bit of tumbling while fighting. It not only held up nicely, it allowed me more freedom in my stride and was quite attractive to the ladies to boot.

I was in Scotland last weekend and went to the annual road races on the Queen's estate at Balmoral. Unfortunately the Queen was not present. However, there is a 10k race called the "Tartan 10K" in which the runners are encouraged to wear a kilt. The winner (male and female) in a kilt get £250.00. I have about 4 pics but I do not know how to put them on here - if someone will tell me I will post them. Perhaps next years some of you younger/fitter XMarkers might wish to enter a team........
