I think someone needs to educate the owner of that site. While some of his pics do show men wearing their kilts far too high (up to 2 inches above the knee) he has pics of several gents wearing their kilts right at the top of the knee which is a perfectly acceptable kilt length. He seems to think that no flesh should show between kilt & hose, which is absolutely ludicrous.
