The tassels turned out great Beer. I'm afraid the sporran starts looking a bit too busy with the antler pieces and especialy with the broach.

I think a simple badge on the flap with a few tassels would be very nice.

The antler pieces hide the connection between the tassels and the thongs... they serve the same function as the silver balls on most tassels... Without the antler bits, there just isn't enough weight for stuff to hang......

The brooch just attaches around a thong - comes right off...

    It's interesting.

I've never seen the hair tassels on the sprue-type sporrans before.

Nice look, don't care for the brooch though.

    Is that a Freelander sporran?

    That is a Freelander....

I may shorten the tassels a bit...

But I rather like the tassel/antler look... It is my own thing.....

    AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHhhhhhhhhh
What have you done to that sporran

No I don't mind at all

That sporran was in fact a piece of Freelander history. Its a design idea Sten Rune and I had.

    Theres only 1

It was original sewn together as a Protype for the MkIII a Mk2.5 if you like.

We made this with an internal stiffener whereas it's evil twin had the same form but the back was sewn external and covered in leather. (Jimmy from Barleyjuice has that one It's green)
Here are the pictures I took

    and

Just thought you's like to see how they came to be.

    Have fun be creative...
    All the Best.....David.
